The nose of this Champagne is a spring bouquet: rose, wild strawberry, raspberry and later blackberry combine perfectly to offer aromas, which would not be expected in a conventional ros Champagne. The mouth follows on from the nose, and, thanks to the structure of the Pinot Noir, the vinosity of the finish is compellin. Because of this freshness, this Ros de Saigne
